These terms set out the agreement between you and Govinda365 when you use govindas365.live or the Govinda365 app. Please read them before you play. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service.

Eligibility

Your account

• Each person may hold one Govinda365 ID. The details you give us must be accurate.
• Keep your login private. You're responsible for activity under your account, so don't share your password.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, show signs of fraud, or are used by anyone underage.

Betting and gaming

• All bets are subject to the rules for the specific market or game.
• Once a bet is confirmed and the event is under way, it generally can't be cancelled.
• We may void bets placed due to obvious errors, technical faults or suspicious activity.
• Odds and markets can change at any time before you place a bet.

Deposits and withdrawals

You can add and withdraw funds using the payment options we support. Withdrawals may be subject to basic verification checks to keep your account safe. We aim to process requests promptly during working hours.

Fair use

Don't use the platform for anything unlawful, don't try to manipulate outcomes, and don't use bots or automated tools. Accounts found doing so may be closed and balances withheld where justified.

Responsible play

Betting is entertainment, not income. Please set your own limits and read our responsible gaming page if you'd like support. If play stops being fun, take a break.

Liability
